Getting started with DiveConnect

Last updated 2026-07-08

DiveConnect gives your dive shop a professional website with online booking, plus one dashboard for trips, customers, retail, lodging, and email. This guide takes you from signup to your first booking.

1. The onboarding wizard (about 10 minutes)

  1. Create your account — email and password.
  2. Business details — shop name, the web address you want (your free yourshop.diveconnect.ai subdomain), business type, and location.
  3. Pick a plan — choose the tier that fits your shop. You can change plans later at any time.
  4. Payment — subscribing activates your dashboard and website; see Plans and billing.
  5. Choose a template — pick the design closest to your style. Colors, fonts, logo, and sections are all customizable afterwards.
  6. Review & publish — your site goes live on your subdomain immediately.

2. Your launch checklist

After publishing, the dashboard shows a Welcome checklist tracking the steps that make the site earn its keep:

3. Find your way around the dashboard

4. Take your first booking

  1. Add a trip with a date, price, and capacity.
  2. Open your live site (Website → your subdomain) and book it yourself as a test.
  3. Watch it appear under Bookings — confirmations email automatically once payments are connected, and day-before reminders go out on their own.
  4. Share your site link on your socials and Google Business profile — you're live.
