How activation works
- You pick a plan during onboarding and start a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved at checkout. During the trial you get 1,000 AI credits instead of your plan's monthly allotment; unused trial credits end with the trial. The trial includes your full 13-member AI crew, the same as every paid plan. When the trial ends, your plan starts automatically, your card is charged and your plan's monthly credits begin — cancel before then and you won't be billed, and your access ends when the trial does. The trial is available once per shop, owner and card.
- Want to evaluate first? Every template is browsable in the gallery with live previews per plan, and you can customize a design before creating an account — your tweaks carry into onboarding.
- Nothing is deleted if you cancel. Your site, bookings, and data stay put — premium features simply pause until you resubscribe, and pick up where you left off.

- Team members are staff with dashboard access, on top of the owner. Read-only viewers and DiveConnect operators never count toward your plan's team limit.
- Email storage is a hard cap per domain — there is never an overage charge. When a domain is full, add another domain (it brings its own storage) or tidy up old mail.
- Included domains are registered free up to $20 a year; premium domains pay the difference. Connecting a domain you already own is free.
- Extra phone lines and domains are $29/month and $29/month each.

The most important thing about our pricing
DiveConnect takes 0% commission on your sales. Bookings, retail, rentals, and lodging booked on your site are 100% yours (minus only your payment provider's processing fee). The subscription is the only thing DiveConnect ever charges you.
Managing your subscription
- Upgrade / downgrade: Settings → Billing & plan. Changes take effect immediately. The prorated difference for the rest of the period is invoiced at the change: an upgrade is charged straight away, and a downgrade leaves a credit for your future invoices.
- Invoices & payment method: handled in the secure billing portal linked from the same page. Invoices show any sales tax or VAT (calculated by Stripe Tax; add your VAT/tax ID at checkout for reverse charge) — useful for your bookkeeping.
- Cancel any time: your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then features pause. Your data and website configuration are retained, so resubscribing turns everything back on.
Billing FAQs
- Do I need a credit card to start? Browsing templates and customizing a design is free, no card needed. Activating your account — dashboard and live website — happens when you subscribe during onboarding, which starts with the free trial (card on file, not charged until it ends).
- Is there a setup fee or contract? No setup fee, no lock-in — plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose the discount).
- What happens to my custom domain if I cancel? You own your domain at your registrar; nothing we do can take it. Simply point its DNS wherever you like.
