Data Deletion

You can delete your DiveConnect.ai account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

Delete Your Account from the Dashboard

The fastest way is to delete your account yourself: sign in, go to Settings, and use the Delete account option in the Danger Zone. You will be asked to confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data from the Service.

Request Deletion by Email

If you prefer, email privacy@diveconnect.io from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

What Is Deleted

Deletion removes your account and the content and records associated with it. Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records) or in de-identified, aggregated form. Personal data of your own customers is handled under our Data Processing Addendum. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
