Plan the dive. Dive the plan.

Facility standards

  1. Redundant gas

Every diver carries independent bailout. No exceptions, no sharing plans.

  2. Checklists, not memory

Written pre-dive checks on every dive. Memory is a failure point.

  3. Train the failure

Valve drills, lost-line, gas switches: rehearsed until they’re boring.

  4. Call it early

Anyone can thumb any dive at any time. The debrief never asks why.

The facility

Gas blending to 300 bar, an O₂-clean station, a 5 m training basin and a classroom with more whiteboards than chairs. Instructors log working dives every week: teaching is the job, not the retirement plan.
